Refresh a customer token

POST/sales/customer-tokens/refresh

Re-signs a still-valid customer token (presented via X-Customer-Token) for a fresh 30 minutes, carrying the original 24-hour absolute ceiling forward. Once the ceiling passes the customer must re-authenticate.
